Restaurant Floor Supervisor

We are looking to hire a customer-oriented floor supervisor for a face paced restaurant. The restaurant supervisor’s responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers’ orders as needed and assisting the GM in tasks assigned.
To be successful as a restaurant supervisor, you should exercise effective management skills and take necessary disciplinary action to address poor staff performance. Ultimately, a top-performing restaurant supervisor should be able to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a pleasant restaurant experience.

Restaurant Supervisor Requirements:
High School Diploma
Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The ability to stand for extended periods of time
Strong management skills
Excellent organization skills
Effective communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills

Salary: $175.00 per shift
