RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are a local based, busy restaurant and are looking for an experienced manager, well versed in both FOH & BOH operations.
Ideal candidate must possess knowledge and a “comfort level” with the following but not limited to…staff training, steps of service, wine service, bartending, kitchen expediting, health codes, dishwashing standards and have a positive outlook on food & beverage service.
The passion for making guests happy so as ensure return visits by interacting with guests is huge for us.
Being able to manage many staff members in all job titles, food and beverage quality and consistency, cleanliness standards, service standards, all the while, multitasking is exactly what this job is.
This is a hands-on, guest interactive, non-office PM position and requires someone who is social, patient, competent, professional, flexible and happy.
Compensation will de discussed and determined based on interview and experience.
