    Courses may include 2-D Studio Art 1, Paint 1, and Draw 1.

    Base Salary range: $51,800-$86,300 (contact Ms. DeLucia for salary estimate)

    Eligibility forFlorida certificationis required. Florida certification inArt (grades K-12)is preferred.
    Having a valid, professional out-of-state teaching certificate may give you eligibility for FL certification.
    Having a bachelors degree (or higher)in any major, and passing the Florida Subject Area Exam inArt K&ndash12will give you eligibility for FL certification. Visit Testing centers are located nationwide.
    Having an undergraduate or graduate major in art may give you eligibility for FL certification. Frequently accepted degree majors include:

    • Art, Art Education, Fine Arts (major, not degree type), Architecture, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Commercial Art, One Area of Art (Painting, Sculpture, etc.).
