The essential function of the position within the organization is to provide professional leadership in thedevelopment, implementation and oversight of instruction and assessment programs for the District. Theposition is responsible for supervising professional administrative, management and support staffcoordinating school improvement planning, school curricula, instruction and assessment programsdeveloping systems for staff allocation coordinating accreditation procedures, and performing relatedprofessional, administrative and supervisory work as required. The position develops and implementsprograms within organizational policies reports major activities to the Superintendent executive leveladministrators through conferences and reports.
Requires a minimum of a master&rsquos degree from an accredited College or University. Requires valid State of Florida educator certification eligibility in School Principal or Educational Leadership is preferred.
