Where do the job listings on FloridaKeysCareers.com come from?
In addition to the jobs posted directly by employers, we pull Florida Keys job listings from multiple additional sources (37 at the time of writing) throughout the Keys. These sources include local government departments, local businesses, public services, utilities, local newspaper/classifieds, social media and more.
We strive to have not only exclusive jobs posted by local Keys businesses, but to collect all available jobs throughout the keys in one place to make the search for your new career as easy as possible.

Is FloridaKeysCareers.com free to use?
FloridaKeysCareers.com is free to use to search for available jobs in the Florida Keys. If you are an employer or recruiter and would like to post a job for employment there is a small fee involved. Have a look at our Job Posting Package page for more information.

Yes! FloridaKeysCareers.com is built, run, managed, curated and maintained 100% by Conchs.
Can I apply online for jobs?
It depends. Many of our job providers provide an online application while some others will only provide an email address or phone number. Other still will require applicants to apply in person.
If an online application is available there will be a ‘Apply Online’ button on the job listing page.
Can I advertise on FloridaKeysCareers.com?

Job Posting Questions
Can anyone post a job?
Anyone can post a job as long as they are posting for an available position in the Keys or a work from home position that is available to people in the Keys.
How many jobs can I post?
All of our job positing packages include unlimited job posts. You can post as many or as few jobs as you have available.
How long will my job listing stay listed?
The maximum time you can set your job listing to expire is one month. However, if you would like it to expire sooner than one month you can specify the exact date for your position to expire.
How much does it cost to post a job?
Our pricing plans are not per job based. Instead you choose a membership for a specific period of time (or recurring) and can post as many job listings as you need. Have a look at our job posting packages for more information.
